GPAC Selects Douma as Attacker of the Week

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Northwestern outside hitter Jazlin Douma has been selected as the GPAC Attacker of the Week, presented by Hauff Mid-America Sports. It is the fourth time this season that she has received a GPAC weekly honor.

“This was a great week for our team to wrap up the regular season undefeated and to win the first round of the conference tournament,” head coach Kyle Van Den Bosch commented. “Jazlin had another great week leading us offensively.”

Douma, a senior from Orange City, Iowa, had a 5.33 kills per set average while hitting at a .325 clip, posting 32 total kills in six sets this week. She also added 14 digs, surpassing the 1,000 career digs mark at Northwestern.
