Piet Westerbeek

General Manager/Host of The Daily Grind

Piet, born in San Diego, California, has still not gotten used to the cold weather after more then a decade of living in Northwest Iowa. He started his radio career at KDCR at Dordt College and has loved radio ever since. After stints at Sioux County Radio in sales and as afternoon & evening announcer, Piet returned for a third time in August 2017 as the General Manager of Sioux County Radio. He added The Daily Grind to his responsibilities when the show debuted in January 2018. Despite the move to Los Angeles, Piet remains an avid Chargers fan.

Nancy Scholten

Account Executive

Nancy came to Sioux County Radio in 1998. Prior to joining our team, her stops included a stint as editor of the Alton Shopper. With her vast expertise in marketing that has covered all mediums, Nancy is ready to serve your advertising needs. She is our resident Bear Grylls. Okay. Maybe not, but she does love the outdoors as well as antique shopping in her spare time.

Brady Punt

Account Executive

Brady joined Sioux County Radio in January 2018 after previously working in sales at a seed corn company. Brady is Sioux Center native and still calls it home with his wife, Taylor, daughter Charlee and son Bowen. In their “spare” the Punts raise and show horses on a national level. When they aren’t riding, they are running… well, running their daughter to dance class and her many activities that is!

Kirstin Huls

Account Executive

Moving from Pittsburgh, PA, Kirstin has lived in Sioux County for 14 years and now considers herself a Sioux County native. She currently lives in Boyden with her husband, Jon, and their three kids, Lily, Jase, and Ava. Kirstin joined Sioux County Radio in 2023 after working previously in customer service and marketing, and she is ready and excited to service your advertising needs! While free time is hard to come by these days, she enjoys spending time outdoors boating at the lakes or kayaking down the river!

Tonya Withee

Traffic Manager/Accounts Receivable

Born and raised in Crawford County on a farm near Charter Oak, IA, Tonya is no stranger to the farming community with many years experience as an active member in 4-H and FFA. Tonya, along with her husband and two daughters, moved to Sioux Center in 2007. She has spent much of her professional career as an office coordinator and office bookkeeper and in March of 2013 joined the team at Sioux County Radio. Tonya spends her spare time with family and their pet dog and cat.
