Northwestern senior Qwenton Caldwell has been named the GPAC Men’s Golfer of the Week, presented by Hauff Mid-America Sports, after his performance at the Verhille Invitational.
The Littleton, Colorado native opened the spring season with a runner-up finish, shooting a 145 over two rounds to finish one-over par. Caldwell sealed his strong showing with an eagle on the final hole, helping him post an even-par second round and helping Northwestern claim the team title.
Caldwell is the third Raider to earn weekly conference recognition this season, joining Trey Van Roekel and Ray Greller.
