Chloe Kreuz, of Dordt University is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports softball player-of-the-week. Gross, a junior from Ruthererfordton, North Carolina, established a new single season homerun record with her third homerun in the doubleheader with the College of Saint Mary. She followed that up with a four-hit day against Concordia on Saturday. She tied Dordt’s single season hits record with her final hit of the week and has 73 hits this season. She also stole four bases and scored 11 runs while knocking in 12 this week in addition to going 2-0 in the circle in two starts.
