A funeral service for 90‑year‑old John Van Middendorp, of Rock Rapids, will be held on Friday, June 5, at 11:00 AM at the Christian Reformed Church of Rock Rapids, with Rev. Dr. Cliff Hoekstra officiating. Interment will take place prior to the service at Hillside Cemetery in Doon, where family and friends may gather at 9:30 AM, with Pastor Al Richardson officiating.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday, June 4, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, at the Christian Reformed Church of Rock Rapids.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Van Middendorp family for later designation.
The Jurrens Funeral Homes have been entrusted with the arrangements.
