A funeral service for 88‑year‑old Ervin “Ike” Huizenga, of Orange City, will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Christian Reformed Church in Orange City, with Rev. Cody Statema officiating. A family prayer service will take place earlier that morning at 10:00 AM at the church, followed by interment at the West Lawn Cemetery in Orange City. Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Immanuel Christian Reformed Church.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the Huizenga family prefers memorial donations be given to the Immanuel Christian Reformed Church.
The Oolman Funeral Home in Orange City is in charge of arrangements.
