Thursday:
4th Avenue will be closed to traffic from 4th St. to 5th St. NE.
Friday:
4th Ave. NE will be closed from 5th St. NE to 7th St. NE (along the west side of Dordt).
The 4th Ave./7th St. NE intersection near Dordt will be open to east/west traffic, and to the north, but not the south.
