According to the court documents, the victim, a 13-year-old called law enforcement to report inappropriate contact from his therapist. The juvenile told police over nine months, his mental health therapist has had indecent contact with him on at least three separate occasions.

The three incidents occurred during separate visits. After the police report was filed multiple search warrants were issued for Wallace’s office. Police say they found evidence to corroborate the victim’s claims.
