Cash dairy prices were mixed on Monday, with no trading activity besides butter at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.     Dry whey was up $0.0050 at $0.69.  No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were unchanged at $1.5550.  No sales were recorded.
