Van Maaren Earns Second Team All-American Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Hannah Van Maaren of Northwestern College has been named a Second Team Competitive Cheer All-American, becoming the second athlete in program history to receive a national honor.

Van Maaren, a sophomore flyer and tumbler from Sheldon, Iowa, is a two-time all-conference selection and has received her first All-American selection. She led the Raiders to their second consecutive GPAC title and helped her team to a sixth-place finish at the NAIA Championships.
