Macy Sievers of Dordt University is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports women’s basketball offensive player-of-the-week. Sievers, a senior from Storm Lake, Iowa, recorded her third triple-double of the season in Dordt’s win over Briar Cliff on Wednesday. Her 15 assists against Briar Cliff tied the school record she had established the previous week. Against Midland, she had 15 points and eight assists as the Defenders clinched at least a share of the GPAC title. On the week, she averaged a double-double (17.5 points / 11.5 assists).
