Northwestern’s Maddy Sampson is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Attacker-of-the-Week. Sampson, a sophomore from Worthington, Minnesota, had a career-high 13 kills in Northwestern’s sweep of Doane on Saturday, hitting an impressive .600 in the match and blocking three attempts. On Friday, she posted eight kills and two blocks in a sweep of Hastings. On the week, Sampson hit .594 with 21 kills at 3.50 per set.
