Liv Reitsma of Northwestern is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Volleyball Setter-of-the-Week.
Reitsma, a sophomore from Papillion, Nebraska, hit the 1,000-career assist mark and picked up a career-high nine service aces in a win against Langston. It was the second most in program history for service aces by an individual.
The Raiders went 2-0 on the week, including a win over No. 11-ranked MidAmerica Nazarene in straight sets. Reitsma averaged 7.0 assists per set in the Red Raider’s 6-2 look. She recorded over 20 assists in both matches which were sweeps.
