October 7, 2024: Men’s and Women’s Soccer Update

he NCC Thunder soccer teams faced Dakota County Technical College (DCTC) from Rosemount, Minnesota, at Orab Field in Sheldon in two tightly contested matches.

Men’s Soccer vs. Dakota County Technical College

  • Final Score: NCC Thunder 2, DCTC 4
    Jose Martinez opened the scoring for NCC, followed by a goal from Kais Mahdi after capitalizing on a goalkeeper error, giving the Thunder a 2-1 lead going into halftime. However, DCTC scored twice in the second half and added a late goal after NCC pulled Charlie Prtenjaca from the net for a strategic advantage, resulting in a 4-2 loss.
