Raider softball rises to No. 12 in NAIA coaches poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Oregon Tech garnered 18 of the 19, first-place votes in the latest edition of the Top 25. Our Lady of the Lake (Texas) and Cumberlands (Ky.) remained at Nos. 2 and 3 while Southern Oregon and Oklahoma City advanced to landed at Nos. 4-5 respectively.

Northwestern College climbed up one spot to number 12 in this weeks poll. The Raiders are the only GPAC team in the top 25. Midland, and Dordt are receiving votes. Northwestern is ranked nationally for the fourth-straight poll after receiving a No. 17 ranking in the poll released on March 8 and a No. 15 ranking on March 22, and the number 13 ranking on April 5. The highest ranking in program history was No. 11 in the 2000 season.
