For the second time this season, Dordt’s Robert Piekarz has been named the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Men’s Volleyball Defender-of-the-Week. The junior from Warsaw, Poland had a total of 39 digs in victories last week over Ottawa and Morningside, averaging 4.33 per set. He also did not have a single receiving error in the two contests and served three aces. This is the 6th set of GPAC weekly men’s volleyball honors this season. Piekarz was also the defender-of-the-week in week 4.
