Northwestern is number 3 in NAIA Volleyball Coaches top 25 poll

Northwestern held its spot at number 3 in the NAIA Volleyball Coaches Top 25 poll released Wednesday morning. Despite a loss to Jamestown last Friday, the Red Raiders receieved 534 points in the poll. Five GPAC teams are included in the top 25, led by Concordia at number 2, Northwestern is 3rd, the College of Saint Mary climbed 3 spots to number 9, Midland is 13th and Jamestown is 16th. Hastings fell out of the rankings, and Dakota Wesleyan is receiving votes.

Eastern Oregon remains at No. 1 in the latest edition of the 2023 NAIA Women’s Volleyball Coaches Top 25 Rating. The Top 3 teams (Eastern Oregon, Concordia (Neb.), Northwestern (Iowa)) are three of four teams that remained the same rank as last week. The fourth team that remained the same rank as last week was Missouri Baptist at No. 7. Indiana Wesleyan broke into the Top 5 this week as the team moved up three spots, while IU Kokomo (Ind.) and Rocky Mountain (Mont.) moved back into the Top 25.
