Morningside and Dordt slip, Northwestern climbs in NAIA Football coaches top 25

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Grand View (Iowa) and Keiser (Fla.) remained No. 1 and No. 2 in the latest NAIA Football Coaches’ Top 25 Poll, while each of the remaining eight spots in the Top 10 featured a change. Grand View collected all 13 first-place votes, while Montana Tech moved up two spots to No. 3 and Campbellsville (Ky.) made the biggest jump into the Top 10, climbing four places to No. 10.

Northwestern (Iowa), which has opened the GPAC with back to back wins vaulted 11 spots from No. 24 to No. 13. Morningside slipped one spot to number 8 following its loss to Northwestern, and Dordt fell 3 spots to number 11 after a season opening loss to then 9th ranked Indiana Wesleyan. Northwestern’s opponent this week, Midland, is receiving votes.
