Jessica Kampman is this week’s GPAC Womens track athlete-of-the-week

Jessica Kampman of Dordt University is this week’s GPAC Womens track athlete-of-the-week. Kampman, a senior, from Abbotsford, British Columbia, met the ‘A’ standard and shattered the school record in the 5K at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite held last weekend. Kampman was the first to cross the finish line and recorded a time of 17:18, bettering the school record by 11 seconds. Kampman’s time is the fastest time in the GPAC and ranks fifth in the NAIA. She has also qualified for nationals in the 3K.
