The Briar Cliff Men and the Hastings Women have be chosen as favorites to repeat as league champions in GPAC soccer this fall.
The Charger Men and Northwestern both qualified for the NAIA National Tournament in 2023 and the Red Raiders are picked fourth by the coaches in the pre-season poll. Northwestern is the reigning conference tournament champion. Dordt wound up 6th in the balloting. Briar Cliff grabbed 7 of the 11 first place votes with the other four going to Concordia which was picked to finished second in the GPAC.
In the women’s poll, Hastings had 10 first place votes with the runner-up selection, Concordia picking up the other two. The Dordt women followed in third place while Northwestern was picked 10th this season.
