KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2025-26 NAIA Women’s Basketball All-America Teams along with the 2026 NAIA Player of the Year and the 2026 NAIA Coach of the Year.
Macy Sievers of Dordt (Iowa) has been named the NAIA Women’s Basketball Player of the Year for the second consecutive year. Sievers delivered a standout season for Dordt (Iowa) women’s basketball, serving as a steady and productive presence in the starting lineup in every game while consistently logging heavy minutes. She emerged as one of the team’s most reliable scorers, eclipsing the 20-point mark 13 times, including season highs of 27 against Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.) and 26 versus Northwestern (Iowa), and closing the year strong with multiple big performances in postseason play, posting three triple-doubles while in Sioux City.
Sievers showcased versatility throughout the year, scoring efficiently inside, drawing fouls, and stepping out as a perimeter threat when needed, highlighted by several games with three or more three-pointers and perfect free-throw outings. Her ability to produce in close games and against top conference competition was instrumental in Dordt’s success. The senior also broke the NAIA career assists record, ending her collegiate career with 1,078 assists. Sievers also surpassed 1,000 points in her career and nearly topped 1,000 career rebounds, closing out at 993.
Suntana Anderson earned Coach of the Year honors after guiding Marian (Ind.) to its first Red Banner since 2017 in her fifth season at Marian and second season as head coach.
All of the All-America selections are made by the NAIA Women’s Basketball All-America Committee and are comprised of first, second and third teams.
