The American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) has announced its post season honors for the 2025-26 season and Dordt’s Rylan Veenstra (Sophomore; Edmonton, Alberta) has been named to the Division 3 All-Athletic 2nd Team.
Veenstra scored 33 goals and had 40 assists while accounting for 73 points—a 2.52 points per game average. He ranked second in the ACHA Division 3 in assists and points and fourth in goals.
Veenstra helped the Defenders to a 28-5 overall record, a perfect 16-0 record at home, a second straight MACHA Tournament title and a berth in the ACHA National Tournament. Veenstra joins Isaiah Van Noord (2025 1st Team) as the only Defenders to be accorded this national honor.
The All-Athletic description is comparable to All-American status in other sports.
