Dordt University Forward names GPAC women’s soccer offensive player of the week

Karinna Tel of Dordt University is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women’s Soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. Tel, a sophomore from Puyallup, Washington, totaled 10 points in wins over both Jamestown and Doane. She had a goal and had one assist in leading Dordt to its first win over Jamestown since 2016. Tel followed with a five-point performance in her team’s 4-0 win against Doane, scoring two goals and assisting on another. Tel leads the GPAC with 41 points and ranks second in both goals (16) and assists (9). Dordt extended its unbeaten streak to seven matches.
