Lukas Van Groningen from Dordt University is this week’s GPAC Men’s Volleyball Setter-of-the-Week. Van Groningen, a junior from Ripon, California, became Dordt’s all-time assist leader in a pair of wins over Ottawa and Morningside. He had a total of 92 assists the victories and also had 16 digs, six total blocks and three service aces.
Robert Piekarz of Dordt University is this week’s GPAC Men’s Volleyball Defender-of-the-Week. Piekarz, a junior from Warsaw, Poland, had 30 digs for the Defenders in a pair of wins over Ottawa and Morningside. He had just two errors in 37 attempts receiving and also had two assists.
