Dordt University has announced Eric Bourdo is resigning his position as men’s soccer coach to pursue other opportunities.
“We thank Eric for his work with the soccer program beginning as an assistant coach in 2019. We wish him well in his future endeavors. He has been faithful in holding the program accountable to our mission and the Defender Way,” said Darin Keizer, Dordt Director of Athletics.
The Defenders were a combined 19-22-14 during his three-year stint and he was named the head coach of the men’s soccer program in April 2023. He served as an assistant in the Dordt soccer program since the 2019 season.
A search for the next head men’s soccer coach will begin immediately.
