A funeral service for 90 year old Harlin E. Doorenbos, of Sheldon, formerly of Sioux Center, will be held on Thursday at 1:00pm at the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home in Sheldon with Rev. Stephen Breen officiating. Burial will be held at East Lawn Cemetery in Sheldon with Military graveside rites performed by the McGlothlen- Cowie Post #145 American Legion from Sheldon. Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Wednesday at the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home in Sheldon, who have been entrusted with arrangements.
