A memorial service for 93-year-old Edwin “Ed” Dokter of Sioux Center will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home in Sioux Center, with Reverend Dave Smit officiating.
Visitation with the family will take place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Sioux Center, with military honors by the Doornink-Brunsting American Legion Post No. 199 and VFW Post No. 6129.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to be directed to the Siouxland Unity Church, 601 Court Street, Sioux City, IA 51101.
The Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center has been entrusted with arrangements.
