A memorial service for 64-year-old Beth Te Grotenhuis of Sioux Center will be held Monday morning at 11:00 at the Carmel Reformed Church with Erik Hoekstra officiating.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests memorials be directed to Dordt University or the Carmel Reformed Church.
The Memorial Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
