The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Spencer man following a suspicious person report in Hospers.
Deputies were called to the Hospers Mini Mart on Monday morning, October 6, where they found 64-year-old Todd Christiansen had driven to the store despite having both a barred and suspended driver’s license. During their investigation, deputies also discovered methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia in his possession.
Christiansen was taken to the Sioux County Jail and charged with multiple offenses, including operating a vehicle with a barred and suspended license, possession of methamphetamine and marijuana (both third offenses), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
