The Sioux County Sheriff’s office is looking for a New Emergency Management Director. Chief Deputy Nate Huizenga has served as both the Chief Deputy of the Sheriff’s Office, and also the Sioux County Emergency Management Director. Huizenga says he plans to give up his Emergency Management duties:

He says it was a joint decision on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office and the Emergency Management Commission. He says now seemed like a good time to move towards a full-time coordinator:
