The Sioux County Battle of the Burger continues to gain momentum as the competition enters its final week, with participation climbing sharply once again.
Organizers report that 1,316 individual votes have now been cast through three weeks of competition. That marks another substantial increase from the 725 votes recorded heading into week three, and a significant rise from the 239 votes submitted during the opening week.
Six burgers currently sit atop the leaderboard with average ratings of 9.0 or higher. The Top 6 — listed in no specific order — include:

The steady surge in participation reflects strong engagement from communities across Sioux County, where more than twenty restaurants are competing in the inaugural event. From small-town cafés to long-standing local favorites, the Battle of the Burger has generated countywide buzz and steady weekend traffic.
