A Sioux Center man was arrested Wednesday afternoon for invasion of privacy. 58-year-old Darrel Nyhof was arrested when authorities received a report that an individual was recording an adult female in a state of undress through a window of a residence east of Sioux Center.
During the investigation, Nyhof admitted he was attempting to photograph the victim while she was in her bathroom. Nyhof was taken to the Sioux County Jail and charged with invasion of privacy.
The incident remains under investigation.
