Sioux Center Ambulance team disclosed performance from 2025.
The Sioux Center Ambulance Service is seeing a major surge in demand. At a recent city council meeting, Ambulance Chief Medic, Tracy Foltz, shared that the department is hitting record numbers as the community grows. He lays out how many calls the Ambulance received over the year and how it’s increased.
Despite that growth, the department’s response times are significantly faster than national standards. Foltz says the local team’s efficiency is a point of pride for the volunteer-led service.
That efficiency relies on the commitment of local volunteers. Foltz highlights just how much time these individuals dedicate to keeping Sioux Center safe each year.
Chief Medic Foltz says recruitment remains a top priority to keep up with the town’s expanding needs.
