A Rock Rapids man faces multiple felony charges, including drug distribution, sexual abuse, and incest.
According to a criminal complaint filed with the Lyon County Clerk of Court by the sheriff’s office, 38-year-old David Warren Jr. was arrested Sunday.
The report states Warren allegedly had sexual contact with a family member and provided marijuana to the victim, who is a minor.
Warren is charged with drug distribution to a person under 18—a Class B felony—along with three counts of third-degree sexual abuse (Class C felonies) and three counts of incest (Class D felonies).
If convicted, he could face up to 25 years in prison on the Class B charge, 10 years on each Class C charge, and 5 years on each Class D charge.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday, October 23, and Warren remains held in the Lyon County Jail on a $70,000 bond.
