A new development prepares to break ground this spring in Hull. Drawing inspiration from a successful project in Rock Valley, the city is bringing Villa homes to the community.
Keaton Van Roekel, Economic Development Director of Rock Valley, says the project was sparked by the popularity of similar homes located behind the KOOIMA Company in Rock Valley. Local officials and developers were impressed by the design and how quickly those homes were occupied.
These homes are specifically designed for low-to-moderate-income families. The developer, Zach Van Ginkel VG Construction, has been granted four lots in Hull’s new Elm Heights development. Van Roekel describes what these homes feature.
Interest in the project is already high. Even before construction has officially begun, two of the first four planned units have already been sold.
A new edition at Liberty Heights is planned to be developed in Hull during the Fall as well due to high demand.
