(KIWA) — A Larchwood man faces two felony charges following an alleged sexual encounter involving an adult woman in September.
Cole Knoblock, 22, was arrested Tuesday on two counts of third-degree sexual abuse, according to a criminal complaint filed by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office in district court.
In the complaint, a deputy alleges Knoblock committed sex acts against the woman in September.
Each count is a Class C felony carrying a potential prison sentence of up to 10 years if convicted.
Knoblock was booked into the Lyon County Jail in Rock Rapids and released the following day after posting a $10,000 cash or surety bond.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 30.
