A Hospers man was arrested Tuesday after an investigation revealed sex offenses involving a minor female.
The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old Andrew Joslin of Hospers late Tuesday night after investigators received a report stating Joslin solicited a minor female for inappropriate sexual content. During the investigation, authorities determined Joslin had sexual contact with the minor at a Hospers residence.
Joslin was transported to the Sioux County Jail where he was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, two counts of third-degree sexual abuse and two counts of lascivious conduct with a minor.
The sheriff’s office was assisted by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, and the case remains under investigation.
Joslin is being held in the Sioux County Jail on a $35,000 bond.
