Hull native, Dordt grad, and Federal Congressman Randy Feenstra will not be seeking reelection to run for Iowa governor. Many students at Dordt attended the event because they wanted to learn more about Feenstra since he is a Dordt grad. Kyle Kingma, a student at Dordt University, lays out why he came to the event and what his thoughts of Feenstra were.

After meeting with students, Feenstra took questions from the press, where he explained what Sioux County has that he would like to see all across Iowa.
Feenstra faces 5 other Republicans in the race for the GOP governor nomination, and 3 Democrats in the race for governor.
