Northwestern College will send more than 160 students on spring break service trips across the country and around the world later this month.
Twelve teams will travel from February 28th through March 9th to seven states, as well as Mexico, Spain, and England, as part of the college’s Spring Service Partnerships program. Students will take part in disaster recovery, youth outreach, construction projects, and relational ministry efforts.
Director of missions Patrick Hummel says the trips allow students to live out their faith in practical ways while growing spiritually and building relationships.
Participants raise their own travel funds, and the program meets national Standards of Excellence in Short-Term Mission guidelines.
