Get ready for a fun and family‑friendly Halloween evening in Le Mars! The Plymouth County Historical Museum is hosting its annual “Spooky Night at the Museum” on Saturday, October 31, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Guests can begin in the Old Central Gym at 335 1st Avenue SW. Admission is free.
Children and adults are encouraged to come in costume and stroll room‑to‑room through the museum, collecting treats from museum staff along the way. The museum will be decorated for the season — spooky, but gentle and welcoming for all ages. As the press release notes, “Little ones and big kids alike can enjoy the night at their own pace.”
It’s a festive way to celebrate Halloween and explore the museum at the same time. The event is free and open to the public, and donations are always welcome. For more information, call the Plymouth County Historical Museum at 712‑546‑7002 or email pchmuseum@gmail.com.
