Representatives of nonprofits, local government, schools and community volunteers are encouraged to register for Grant Writing 101. Iowa State University Extension and Outreach will host the workshop at the Forster Community Center in Rock Rapids from 5:30 to 8:30 pm on Monday, October 28th. A light meal will be provided. Participants can register online at go.iastate.edu/UL33VR or by calling the ISU Extension and Outreach Lyon County office at 712-472-2576. The deadline to register is October 23rd at midnight.
