The public is invited to an Open House/Demonstration Day to see first-hand the new, state-of-the-art surgical robot at Orange City Area Health System on November 11 from 10am-noon and 4-7pm. People of all ages are welcome to meet the health system’s surgical team, learn how the robot works, and even try their hand at moving the da Vinci’s “hands” to complete tasks. In addition, they can test their robot knowledge with some fun trivia questions for a chance to win a door prize. The public is encouraged to park in the health system’s Main Campus front parking lot, at 1000 Lincoln Circle SE in Orange City, and come in the front/clinic doors. Light refreshments will be served.
