The Plymouth County Historical Museum in Le Mars will host author Jeff Harstad on Saturday, September 12 at 2 p.m. Harstad will discuss his book Mirage in the Sand—a reflection on growing up inside the Global War on Terror, told through memories, letters, and the raw experiences of real soldiers. He’ll hold a book signing in the Fourth‑Floor Study Hall, with copies available for purchase and refreshments served.
