Cash dairy prices were mixed Tuesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.     Dry whey was down $0.0025 to $0.69. No sales were reported.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were unchanged at $1.56. Three sales were reported ranging from $1.55 to $1.5625.
