USDA says corn is 93 percent planted, 82 percent has emerged, and condition is rated 66 percent good to excellent.
Soybeans are 68 percent planted, 54 percent emerged, and 63 percent rated good to excellent.
Cotton is 83 percent planted, seven percent squared, and only 47 percent good to excellent. Tobacco transplanting is 31 percent complete.
Winter wheat is 95 percent coloring, 60 percent mature, and seven percent harvest with 75 percent rated good to excellent.
