Soybeans, corn, wheat fall to start June

Soybeans were sharply lower on fund and technical selling. Beans spent the entire session lower, with influences from soybean products and crude oil, while also watching U.S. planting conditions. The USDA says 78% of U.S. soybeans are planted, compared to 89% a year ago and the five-year average of 73%, with 55% emerged, compared to 52% on average. A big question right now for beans is the final acreage total, with some expectations for an increase due to the corn planting delays.
