Cash dairy: Blocks and powder up, butter and whey down Wednesday

Cash dairy prices were mixed on Wednesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.     Dry whey was down $0.0250 at $0.6750. Three sales were recorded, ranging from $0.6750 to $0.69.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.01 at $1.64. Two sales were recorded at $1.63 and $1.64.  Cheese barrels remained unchanged at $1.60.  No sales were recorded.  Butter was down […]
