Cash dairy prices mixed Monday as cheese blocks jump 5 cents

Cash dairy prices were mixed to start the week at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.     Dry whey was down $0.0025 to $0.6925. No sales were reported.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.050 to $1.6050. Seven sales were reported ranging from $1.5675 to $1.6050.
