Ohio Farm Bureau member and Ohio farmer Karen Bright says when talking with legislators, it’s all about perspective.
Members of the Ohio Farm Bureau spoke with state legislators about current issues facing Ohio farmers during the annual women’s summit hosted by the American Farm Bureau Federation.
“When we are engaging with consumers, we’re engaging with the public, we’re engaging with media that maybe don’t understand who we are, what we do, why we do what we do, there are ways and tools that we could take away to be able to turn what might sound like a negative into a positive,” she says.
