Cash dairy prices lower except butter Monday

Cash dairy prices were steady to lower except butter Monday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was down $0.0050 at $0.6275. One sale was recorded at that price.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0075 at $1.5150.  Three sales were
